I was asked to pitch and develop an original linear mobile or PC game story, set in a universe and incorporating a style inspired by the Fallout series in a way that tackled the following goals:
Develop a story that is wholly original but keeps the core game design components and creative sensibilities of Fallout in an effort to appeal to existing Fallout fans.
The game will immediately feel familiar to Fallout players but remain a standalone experience. In this case, I’ve taken the basic recipe of apocalyptic/sci-fi genre + large USA city backdrop + three main factions to choose from + open-world roleplaying game.
