I led a team of devs, PMs, artists, content producers, and data analysts in an effort to pitch a new feature for Design Home. Career Mode - essentially a single-player campaign with narrative - is the fruit of our labour. Leading this team and putting together a feature pitch that is low on engineering and design costs while improving KPIs was a phenomenal experience.
This is the original design document with sensitive details removed for sharing. This doc serves as an example of my ability to write with design in mind and communication with dev teams beyond the narrative department. It also shows my ability to design a feature in days with many cooks in one kitchen.
